ICMHN Founding Membership Registration

Become a founding member of ICMHN

Registration is now open for founding membership of the International Council of Mental Health Nursing (ICMHN).

ICMHN connects people across countries to advance mental health nursing through collaboration, education, research and advocacy. We invite you to help shape this international community and contribute your experience, interests and ideas.

Membership is open to anyone. We welcome mental health and psychiatric mental health nurses, disability and addictions nurses, students, educators, researchers, lived experience advocates and others interested in the Council’s work.

Anyone who registers on or before 31 December 2027 will be recognised as a founding member. Membership is free for the first membership year. You do not need to attend the Barcelona Summit to join.

The Council’s priorities include workforce development, education, human rights, equity, technology and artificial intelligence, and suicide prevention. Registration provides an opportunity to indicate your interests and how you would like to contribute.

The Australian College of Mental Health Nurses (ACMHN) holds initial responsibility for membership data. Workforce and demographic questions are optional and help us understand our membership and plan Council activities.
